To install Internet explorer skins, you must install Hotbar.  

Once that is done, click on the "Download" links and save the bitmap that opens in a new window to the "C:\Program Files\hotbar" directory on your hard drive.

To change skins, you must be online, go to  http://hotbar.com/site/local.htm and click whichever Carly Pope skin you want.  Although skins are kept on your hard-drive you must go online to install them. (A way around this is to bookmark the page and make it available offline.)

Skins are only viewable if the hotbar toolbar is in the IE or Windows explorer window. (Go to the "toolbars" menu under "view" and make sure "hotbar" is ticked in the menu.  If this doesnt work, make sure "radio" is ticked)

There we are.  Now get downloading!
